  • Comfort – Up to 4 passengers, extra space and smoother ride
  • XL / Family – Up to 6 – 8 passengers, perfect for groups or families
  • Premium – Up to 4 passengers, luxury vehicles for a refined experience

Fares are calculated based on factors such as distance, travel time, and demand. The estimated fare is shown in the app before you confirm your ride.

Yes. Riders can schedule trips in advance for important journeys such as airport transfers, business meetings, or events.

FleetVelar prioritizes safety. All drivers undergo identity verification and background screening. Trip details are also tracked through the platform for additional safety.

FleetVelar supports secure digital payments through the app. Additional payment options may vary depending on your location.

If you leave an item behind, you can contact the driver through the app or report the lost item through customer support.

A cancellation fee may be charged if a ride is cancelled after a driver has already started travelling to the pickup location or has arrived at the pickup point.

This fee helps compensate drivers for the time and fuel spent getting to the rider. It also helps ensure that drivers are able to continue providing reliable service to other riders on the platform.

To avoid a cancellation fee, riders should cancel within the allowed cancellation window shown in the app after requesting a ride.

Sometimes a card may appear to be charged twice due to a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank when the ride was requested.

Rest assured:

  • Only one final charge will be processed for the completed trip.
  • Any temporary holds should automatically disappear within 24–48 hours, depending on your bank.
  • If you see multiple charges beyond this period, please contact FleetVelar support immediately so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

You can apply through the driver registration page. Once your documents are submitted and verified, you can begin accepting trips.
