Fleet Velar provides a technology platform connecting senders with independent drivers for parcel transport. Fleet Velar is not a courier company and does not assume carrier liability. Fleet Velar may collect sender and recipient details, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and parcel information strictly for service fulfilment purposes.

2. Prohibited Items

Users may NOT send:

• Cash
• Firearms
• Drugs or illegal substances
• Hazardous materials
• Perishable goods
• High-value jewellery
• Precious metals
• Confidential legal documents
• Any unlawful goods

Fleet Velar reserves the right to refuse service.

3. Declaration of Parcel Contents

The sender is fully responsible for:

• Accurately declaring contents
• Ensuring goods are properly packaged
• Ensuring goods are lawful

Failure to declare contents accurately releases Fleet Velar from all liability.

4. Limitation of Liability for Parcels

Fleet Velar:

• Does NOT insure parcels
• Is NOT liable for loss, theft, or damage
• Does NOT guarantee delivery timeframes
• Is NOT responsible for improperly packaged goods

Delivery is undertaken at the sender’s own risk.

Users are advised to arrange independent insurance for valuable goods.

5. Acceptance of Risk

By requesting parcel delivery, the sender acknowledges and agrees that:

• Fleet Velar acts only as a digital intermediary
• Drivers are independent contractors
• All risks associated with parcel transport are assumed by the sender
